Every item is checked before it leaves The Fountain and we hope you will be happy with your order.  However, if you have a problem and wish to return an item you may do so within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them, minus the original postage charge (unless faulty), within 30 days of receiving the goods back.  A refund will be made to your PayPal account or a cheque refund if payment was received by cheque.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and all goods will be inspected on return.  Please note in the interests of hygiene pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings, along with hairpieces, e.g. fascinators and tiaras, are non returnable, unless faulty. 

When returning an item, these terms must be met:

1) Let us know before you return an item.  Email is fine and this can be done by clicking here and filling in the online form.  In the email please include your order number and the reason for your return, please state if the item(s) is faulty.

2) Please include a completed Returns Form in your package.  A Returns Form can be downloaded by clicking here.
